1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Wi-Fi extender coverage for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund or product exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day guarantee:
- The extender unit must be returned in good cosmetic condition with all included antennas, power adapters, ethernet cables, and original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or your original order enquiry reference ID (e.g.,

3. How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple:

- Provide your Order Reference Number and reason for return. Our setup technicians will first offer free troubleshooting assistance if desired.
- If you still wish to return, our support agent will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our logistics center, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost to you.
